We do our utmost to deliver all products to your satisfaction. Still, something can go wrong. 

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and labels. The product must not show any signs of wear.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@boxrstore.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

NB! A return must first be reported so that we can provide additional instructions regarding the return and are also aware that we can expect a shipment.

A return shipment must have a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping.

Once we have received the items you returned, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
